Authentic local foods is a must try as it gathers from Hunan, Fujiang, Guangdong, Hakka, Yunnan, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Beijing, Sichuan and blended into its Taiwanese unique flavor cuisines. You can try most of it at the local night markets and some authentic restaurant throughout Taiwan island.
