Sun Moon Lake Taiwan

Sun Moon Lake in Taiwan is located at 750 meters height in Nantou prefecture Yu Tse Xiang. It is the number one natural lake with lake perimeter of 33 km with the area of 790 hectors of water surface coverage, water level of 20-30 meter depth. It has its natural beauty from dawn to sunset, from spring, summer, autumn to winter, no matter whether it is rainy days or sun-shine or foggy, the beauty of Sun Moon Lake is always blend with it and shows very special natural scene of it, that it is so attractive. If you have time, the best activities to do is by cycling around the lake one round, then hire a boat or yacht sail around the lake. In order to cover all tourist spots both land and lake area, you need to spend a whole day in Sun Moon Lake, hiring taxi for sight seeing spots on land and get a boat or yacht for lake activities with sight seeing.

There are many activities that you can do in there. But the most interesting one will be sailing in a yacht in the middle of the lake. Bus: Kuo Kuang Bus (Taipei - Sun Moon Lake)

Train: Take train at Taipei Main Train Station, stop at Taichung Station, take transfer bus to Sun Moon Lake

High Speed Train: Take train at Taipei Main Train Station, stop at Taichung Wu Rih Station, take transfer bus to Sun Moon Lake
